Through which postal service do you ship?

We use the Peruvian national postal service (Serpost) and they are sent to the national postal services of each country, example: Royal Mail (United Kingdom), Deutsche Post (Germany) Poczta Polska (Poland),

I made a mistake when filling out my address or zip code on the order, can I change it?

You can contact the customer service and you have a period of 3 days from the day of purchase, attaching the sales receipt and personal information

Can I pick up my order at an agency and not at my home?

Of course, you can send us the indication in the additional information section and we can send an instruction in the box so that the postal service official can leave the package at the agency

How can I know the status of my order*?

To know the status of your order you can enter the tracking number in:

  Is it safe to buy in our store?
